Protection Officer


We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Protection Officer to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As a Protection Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our company's premises, assets, and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the company's premises to prevent and detect any security breaches.
- Monitor all access points to the premises, including gates, doors, and windows.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activity or incidents.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations such as accidents, fire alarms, or other security threats.
- Maintain accurate records of all security-related activities and incidents.
- Conduct thorough investigations into any security breaches or incidents.
- Provide security escorts for employees, visitors, or contractors as required.
- Implement and enforce company policies related to security and safety.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies in case of any criminal activities or incidents on the premises.
- Carry out routine inspections of fire extinguishers, alarms, and other safety equipment.
- Train employees on emergency procedures and protocols.

Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. A degree in Criminal Justice or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required. Training will be provided for candidates without experience.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills. Knowledge of Arabic is also preferred but not required.
- Excellent observation skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods and perform regular patrols on foot.
