UX Designer



Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative UX Designer to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly designs for our digital products. This role requires a strong understanding of user interface design principles, usability testing, and information architecture. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to think outside the box to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to create user-friendly digital products
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate design ideas
- Conduct usability testing to validate design choices and make improvements
- Develop information architecture and navigation structures for digital products
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX design or related field
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma
- Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision or Axure
- Strong understanding of user interface design principles and best practices
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Location Preference: While we prefer candidates who are currently residing in Qatar, we welcome applicants from all nationalities who are willing to relocate for this position.

Working Hours: This is a full-time position, with standard working hours of 40 hours per week.

Visa Sponsorship: We do not sponsor visa for this position. Candidates must have their own valid work visa in Qatar.

Language Requirement: Fluency in English is required for this position. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
