Retail Sales Associate - Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales for our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend products or services
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell products
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for processing transactions
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays if needed
