Hotel Maintenance Engineer (Pakistani Nationals)


Our 5-star luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking a skilled and experienced Hotel Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Pakistani national, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our hotel facilities and equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to identify any maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks on all equipment and systems, and ensure any necessary repairs are carried out promptly
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems as needed
- Coordinate with external contractors for major repairs or installations
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed and the status of equipment
- Train and supervise junior maintenance staff to ensure they are following proper procedures and adhering to safety guidelines
- Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance assistance, ensuring their satisfaction with the resolution of any issues

Requirements:
- Must be a Pakistani national with excellent English communication skills (Arabic language skills would be an advantage)
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals for equipment repairs
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects as needed
