Attorney - Immigration Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Attorney - Immigration Specialist to join our growing law firm in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an Immigration Specialist, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients seeking immigration services, including assistance with obtaining biometric passports. Responsibilities:
- Provide sound legal advice to clients regarding immigration laws and regulations
- Conduct thorough research on immigration cases and prepare necessary documentation
- Represent clients in court or immigration proceedings
- Assist clients with obtaining biometric passports
- Keep up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and policies
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all cases

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university
- At least 5 years of experience working as an Attorney, preferably with a focus on immigration law
- Excellent knowledge of Qatar's immigration laws and regulations
- Familiarity with biometric passport procedures is preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluency in English is a must; fluency in Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus
