Animation Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Animation Designer to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an Animation Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging animations for various projects.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize your artistic skills to design and animate characters, backgrounds, and objects for 2D or 3D animations
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards and concepts for animation projects
- Create detailed plans for each animation project, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting
- Use industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Maya to bring characters and environments to life
- Continuously research and implement new techniques and technologies to enhance the quality of animations
- Ensure that all animations adhere to the brand's guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style
- Work closely with sound designers to synchronize sound effects and dialogue with animations
- Receive feedback from clients or project managers and make necessary changes to meet their requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as an Animation Designer in a professional setting
- Proficient in using animation software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Animate/Flash) and Maya
- Strong artistic skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to create visually appealing designs
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively within tight deadlines
- Knowledge of different animation techniques including hand-drawn, stop-motion, puppetry, etc.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Must be able to provide a portfolio showcasing previous work
