A renowned healthcare facility in Al-Khor, Qatar is seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join their team. We are looking for a Pakistani candidate who is fluent in English and has a passion for helping others. This position does not require prior experience and accommodation will not be provided, but candidates must have a valid biometric passport.

As a Speech Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing support and therapy to individuals with speech and language disorders. Your main responsibilities will include evaluating patients' speech and language abilities, creating personalized treatment plans, and implementing therapies to help improve their communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments of patients' speech and language abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on the assessment results
- Provide therapeutic interventions to patients with various speech and language disorders
- Monitor progress of patients and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Educate patients and their families on strategies to improve communication skills
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech Therapy or related field
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Valid biometric passport from Pakistan
- Strong communication skills and empathy for others
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Patience, compassion, and adaptability
- Prior experience is not required but is preferred
