Spanish Tutor


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spanish tutor to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Spanish tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality language instruction to students of all ages and levels. This is a part-time position with flexible working hours, making it ideal for individuals seeking additional income or those with other commitments.

Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized lesson plans and teaching materials based on students' learning goals and abilities
- Conduct one-on-one or small group classes in person or online
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students
- Monitor and track students' progress, providing feedback and additional support when needed
- Organize cultural activities and events to enhance students' understanding of the Spanish language and culture
- Collaborate with other tutors and teachers to share best practices and resources

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish
- Excellent communication skills in English
- At least 2 years of experience teaching Spanish as a second language to students of various ages and backgrounds
- Strong knowledge of Spanish grammar, vocabulary, and culture
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different learners
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or related field preferred
- Additional certifications in teaching Spanish as a foreign language (DELE, CIEE) are an asset

Preferred Qualifications:
- Indian nationality
- Residing in Al-Khor or nearby areas
- Experience teaching English as a second language is an advantage

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The tutor will be responsible for their own transportation arrangements. Accommodation will not be provided.
