Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced German tutor to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. This is a contract position, with the potential for long-term employment for the right candidate. Fluency in English is not required for this position, as it will primarily involve teaching native Indian speakers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement customized lesson plans for individual and group German language students.
- Create engaging and interactive learning activities to enhance students' understanding and retention of the language.
- Monitor students' progress and provide feedback on areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with teaching methods and materials, making adjustments as needed to ensure effective learning.
- Collaborate with other instructors to develop curriculum and share best practices.
- Utilize technology to enhance the learning experience, such as using online resources or incorporating multimedia elements into lessons.

Qualifications:
- Native speaker of German with expertise in grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational skills.
- Previous experience teaching German as a foreign language preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt teaching style to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Passion for sharing knowledge and helping others develop their language skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Qatar.
- Bachelor's degree in German language or related field preferred but not required.
- Valid work permit or residency visa in Qatar.
