English Tutor for Indian Community in Al-Khor, Qatar



Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and qualified English Tutor to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. This is a full-time position suitable for men, specifically those from the Indian community. As an English tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality English language instruction to individuals or groups of students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver effective English lessons based on the needs and abilities of individual students or groups
- Monitor and assess students' progress and provide regular feedback
- Create engaging and interactive learning activities to enhance students' language skills
- Develop personalized learning plans for each student to cater to their specific needs
- Use a variety of teaching techniques and resources to make lessons interesting and effective
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance
- Collaborate with other tutors and teachers to share ideas and best practices
- Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an English tutor or teacher
- Native-level proficiency in English with excellent communication skills
- Experience working with learners from the Indian community is preferred
- Knowledge of different teaching methods and techniques
- Ability to adapt teaching style based on individual student needs
- Excellent organizational skills
- Patient, enthusiastic, and dedicated approach to teaching

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position based in Al-Khor, Qatar. The working hours are from Sunday to Thursday, 8 am - 4 pm. The salary will be competitive based on qualifications and experience.
