As a Business Coach in Al-Khor, Qatar, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to business owners and entrepreneurs in order to help them achieve their goals and improve their business performance. You will work closely with clients to understand their businesses and develop customized strategies to address their specific needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their business goals, strengths, weaknesses, and challenges
- Develop individualized coaching plans based on the client's needs and objectives
- Provide one-on-one coaching sessions with clients to discuss progress, address issues, and provide guidance
- Identify areas for improvement and offer practical solutions to help clients achieve their goals
- Assist clients with developing effective marketing strategies, improving sales techniques, optimizing operations, and enhancing overall business performance
- Monitor client progress and adjust coaching plans as needed
- Provide support for clients through email or phone communication outside of coaching sessions as needed
- Research industry trends and best practices to continuously improve coaching methods

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience as a successful business owner or executive (preferably in Qatar)
- Strong understanding of various industries and business models
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Active listening skills with the ability to empathize with clients' challenges
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Availability for flexible working hours including evenings/weekends if needed
