Truck Driver - Jabal-Ali, UAE


We are currently hiring a Truck Driver to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. This position is open to Indian nationals who are looking for temporary employment without the need for English proficiency or prior experience in the field.

As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods and materials from one location to another. Your main duty will be to operate a heavy-duty truck, typically with a capacity of 3 tons or more, to transport cargo within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain a heavy-duty truck in compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Load and unload cargo onto the truck using proper techniques and equipment
- Plan and follow the most efficient route for each trip based on traffic conditions and delivery schedules
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods while maintaining quality standards
- Inspect truck before and after each trip, reporting any damages or issues to the supervisor immediately
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and other relevant information
- Follow all traffic rules and regulations while driving on public roads
- Communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, and supervisors regarding job assignments, delays, or other relevant information

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Indian national currently residing in Jabal-Ali or willing to relocate
- Valid UAE driving license with at least 2 years of experience driving a heavy-duty truck
- No English proficiency required but must be able to read basic road signs and communicate effectively in Hindi/Urdu
- Physically fit with good eyesight and hearing abilities
- Familiarity with UAE roads and traffic rules is an added advantage

Working Conditions:
This is a temporary position with an expected duration of 6 months. You will be required to work 6 days a week, 8 hours a day, with the possibility of overtime. Accommodation will be provided by the company.
