Indian Waiter in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait



We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable Indian Waiter to join our team at a busy restaurant in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. As an Indian waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they arrive and show them to their tables
- Present menus and answer any questions about menu items or specials
- Take food and drink orders accurately and enter them into the system
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Process payment transactions using POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and floors
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assist with setting up tables for new guests or cleaning up after finished guests

Requirements:
- Nationality: Indian (preferred)
- Location: Currently living in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait (preferred)
- Fluent in Hindi or other Indian languages (required)
- Basic knowledge of English (required)
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays
