Entry Level Merchandiser

As an Entry Level Merchandiser, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, development, and execution of merchandising strategies for our company in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. This position is ideal for freshers who are looking to gain valuable experience in the retail industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development of merchandising plans and strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of merchandising initiatives
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for stock replenishment
- Create visual displays that effectively showcase our products
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise
- Assist with setting up promotional displays and events
- Help maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree in business or related field preferred)
- No prior experience required, training will be provided
- Must have a valid visa for working in Kuwait
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Experience with visual merchandising is a plus
