Waiter/Waitress

We are currently in search of a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a bustling restaurant in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Our ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about providing exceptional service and has a strong attention to detail.

As a Waiter/Waitress, your main responsibility will be to ensure that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. This will involve taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area. You will also be responsible for handling payments and providing prompt and accurate customer service.

We are looking for individuals who have excellent communication skills and can work well under pressure. Previous experience in a similar role is not required, as we are willing to train the right candidate. However, we do require candidates to have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.

This position is open to all nationalities, however, fluency in English is preferred as it is the primary language used in our restaurant. Knowledge of other languages such as Hindi or Arabic would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and escort them to their tables
- Provide menus and recommend dishes according to their preferences
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Ensure tables are cleared and cleaned after each use
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Friendly demeanor with a positive attitude
- Attention to detail
- Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
