Waiter/Waitress - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia


Our restaurant in Riyadh is seeking a skilled and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Make recommendations based on guests' preferences
- Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately to the correct tables
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution
- Process payments accurately using the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-volume restaurant preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
