Legal Adviser

As a Legal Adviser, you will be responsible for providing legal guidance and advice to clients in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Your main role will be to ensure that all legal matters are handled effectively and efficiently, while also ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This position is open to individuals of any nationality.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance on a variety of legal matters to clients in Abu Dhabi
- Conduct research on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Represent clients in court or other legal proceedings when necessary
- Advise clients on potential risks and offer solutions to mitigate them
- Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients' businesses or cases
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field from an accredited university
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Legal Adviser or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of UAE laws and regulations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Preferences:
- Experience working with international clients is highly desirable
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus
- Previous experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is preferred
