Industrial Engineer


As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing the efficiency and productivity of our manufacturing processes in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Your main goal will be to identify areas for improvement, design and implement new systems and processes, and continuously monitor and analyze performance to ensure maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for improvement in production processes
- Design efficient layouts for factories or production lines
- Analyze data on production output, costs, and quality to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement new systems and processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Collaborate with other departments such as logistics, supply chain, and finance to streamline operations
- Monitor production processes on a regular basis to identify any issues or inefficiencies
- Make recommendations for changes or improvements based on data analysis
- Train employees on new processes and systems to ensure successful implementation
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
- Experience with process mapping and optimization
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Six Sigma methodology is a plus
