Farmer - Abu Dhabi, UAE

As a Farmer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining a farm in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role requires someone with strong agricultural knowledge and experience as well as fluency in English. We welcome candidates from all nationalities, but preference will be given to Pakistani nationals who are fluent in English and have experience working on farms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the daily operations of the farm, including planting, harvesting, irrigation, and maintenance of crops
- Ensure that all crops are grown according to industry best practices and meet quality standards
- Monitor weather conditions and make necessary adjustments to farming practices to ensure maximum crop yield
- Oversee the care and management of livestock on the farm
- Maintain accurate records of all farming activities and expenses
- Manage a team of farm workers and provide guidance and training as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working on a farm or in a similar role
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is an asset
- Familiarity with agricultural techniques, equipment, and technologies
- Ability to work long hours outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent organizational and record keeping skills
