Project Manager (Indian/Malayalee) in Musaffah, UAE

As a Project Manager at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects in Musaffah, UAE. We are specifically looking for candidates who are Indian or Malayalee and have experience in project management. This is a contract position, but we are open to sponsoring your visa if needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines and oversee progress
- Monitor project budgets and ensure they are adhered to
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance to team members
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian or Malayalee nationality (or have strong knowledge of Indian/Malayalee culture)
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Business Administration or Engineering)
- PMP certification is preferred

Working Conditions:
