Warehouse Manager

As a Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our warehouse located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments and deliveries, and ensuring that all warehouse processes are running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including managing inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers and customers.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using computer systems or manual tracking methods.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse procedures to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure proper handling, storage, and distribution of products.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in warehouse processes, productivity, and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with other departments such as purchasing, sales, and finance to ensure smooth operations across the supply chain.
- Manage relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts for supplies or services needed for the warehouse.
- Create reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and other metrics to track performance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics or a related field preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising a team.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations within a warehouse setting.
