Art Director - Creative Design (Medina, Saudi Arabia)

As an Art Director for our creative design team in Medina, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for overseeing the artistic direction and visual style of our projects. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative concepts that align with our brand identity and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of designers, providing guidance and mentoring to ensure the highest quality of work
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to understand project requirements and objectives
- Develop creative concepts, including visual designs, layouts, and themes
- Ensure all design elements are consistent with brand guidelines and standards
- Oversee the creation of digital and print assets such as web designs, social media graphics, brochures, etc.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into design strategies
- Present design concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approval
- Oversee production process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality final products

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Art Director or similar role in a creative agency or corporate environment
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles such as layout, color theory, typography etc.
- Experience managing a team of designers is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines

Preference will be given to Indian nationals living in Medina or those who have a valid work visa in Saudi Arabia. This is a contract job without accommodation provided. Students looking for part-time work are welcome to apply.
