Job Title: Sales Associate - Retail (Jeddah, Saudi Arabia)

As a Sales Associate in our retail store in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and generating sales. This position is open to all genders and does not require any prior experience. We welcome Pakistani nationals who are fluent in English and can legally work in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with finding products
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer needs
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and merchandise displays
- Meet sales goals by actively engaging with customers and promoting products through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, escalating to management when necessary
- Stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and company policies

Requirements:
- Must be a Pakistani national with legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively
- Strong sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
