Inventory Manager - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (Indian Nationals Preferred)



Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Inventory Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As an Indian national, you will have a preference for working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the opportunity to utilize your skills and expertise to manage our inventory effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies that ensure accurate tracking and control of all inventory levels
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and inventory control processes
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments, including proper documentation for international shipments
- Responsible for conducting regular physical counts of inventory to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock, with a focus on minimizing waste and optimizing efficiency
- Collaborate with purchasing department to forecast future inventory needs based on sales data, market trends, and upcoming promotions or events
- Work closely with suppliers to negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and resolve any issues related to orders or quality control
- Train and supervise warehouse staff on proper handling, storage, and rotation of inventory items
- Analyze data related to inventory levels, sales trends, costs, and other metrics to make informed decisions about ordering and stocking levels

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory management or similar role
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles such as forecasting, demand planning, procurement, logistics
- Proficient in using inventory management software systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously within tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills preferred but not required)
- Attention to detail with strong analytical skills
