Indian Attorney - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia


We are currently hiring an Indian Attorney to join our legal team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As an Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representing clients in a variety of legal matters.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various legal issues
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
- Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Conduct research on relevant laws and regulations
- Keep updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on cases
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university
- Admitted to practice law in India or another country with a common law system
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an attorney, preferably in a corporate or commercial setting
- Excellent knowledge of Indian laws and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus
