Resort Manager - Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia
As a Resort Manager at our luxurious resort in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia, your main responsibility will be to oversee all aspects of the resort's operations. This includes managing staff, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to guests, and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of resort staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Monitor expenses and financial performance to ensure budget targets are met
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by overseeing the quality of service provided by staff
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with other departments such as housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Train and develop staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
- Conduct regular inspections of the resort premises to identify areas for improvement or maintenance needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a resort setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage)
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and profitability in previous roles
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and cost control
- Flexibility to work long hours including weekends and holidays
