Senior Accountant

We are urgently hiring a Senior Accountant for our company in Ash Shafa, Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial records
- Monitor and analyze monthly expenses and revenues
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely payment of invoices
- Participate in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Provide support during external audits
- Assist with tax filings and compliance with local regulations
- Train and mentor junior accounting staff members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accountant, preferably in a senior or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, laws, regulations, and standards
- Excellent understanding of financial statements and their components
- Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP
- Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and analysis
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
- Experience working in a multinational organization
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian accounting standards
