Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Online Consultant in Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia. As an online consultant, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to clients through various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responding to client inquiries and providing accurate information and guidance through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media.
- Building strong relationships with clients by actively listening to their needs and addressing their concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Developing a thorough understanding of our products and services in order to provide effective support to clients.
- Collaborating with other team members to identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitors' offerings to better assist clients.
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback for reporting purposes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Fluency in Hindi or any other Indian language is preferred but not required.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate various online platforms.
- Proven experience in customer service or sales is an asset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements:

As this is an online role, the following requirements are necessary:

- Must have own visa/residency permit allowing for legal work in Saudi Arabia.
- Must have access to reliable internet connection at home for remote work.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
