Night Auditor


A luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar is seeking a skilled and experienced Night Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience in a similar role, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily audits of guest accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare daily financial reports and balance all hotel transactions
- Process guest check-ins/check-outs and handle guest inquiries or complaints
- Ensure the safety and security of the hotel during the night shift
- Monitor and respond to any emergency situations that may arise
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls and making reservations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in accounting or hospitality management is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Night Auditor in a hotel setting
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, accounting principles, and customer service standards
- Proficient in using computer systems such as MS Office and hotel management software
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during the night shift
