Industrial Engineer - Ar-Ruwais, Qatar

Our company is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing production processes, managing resources and implementing efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for improvement in production processes
- Develop and implement efficient work methods and procedures
- Monitor production performance and identify areas for cost reduction
- Design layouts for equipment and workspaces to optimize workflow
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow
- Analyze data to make informed decisions on resource allocation and process improvements
- Develop training programs to enhance employee productivity
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize supply chain management
- Identify potential safety hazards and implement measures to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Proficient in using industrial engineering software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
