Job Title: Gardener



Position Overview:
Our company is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener for our beautiful property in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening and a keen eye for detail, as well as the ability to work independently and maintain the property to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain the garden, including planting, pruning, fertilizing, watering, and pest control.
- Ensure the health and well-being of all plants by regularly monitoring for diseases and pests.
- Keep the garden clean and tidy by removing weeds, dead plants, and debris.
- Maintain lawn areas by mowing, edging, and applying fertilizers.
- Install irrigation systems as needed to ensure proper watering of plants.
- Propagate new plants through seeding or cuttings.
- Plan seasonal changes in planting to ensure a beautiful landscape year-round.
- Collaborate with other staff members to incorporate garden elements into special events or functions on the property.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Gardener in a professional setting.
- Knowledge of various plant species and their care requirements.
- Familiarity with gardening tools and equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, spades, etc.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs).
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Additional Information:
