Wedding Planner


We are seeking a highly organized and creative Wedding Planner to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our clients' wedding celebrations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their vision and budget for their wedding
- Assist clients in choosing venues, vendors, and other wedding details
- Create and maintain detailed timelines and budgets for each client's wedding
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure all contracts are fulfilled and payments are made on time
- Provide recommendations for decor, catering, entertainment, and other aspects of the wedding
- Manage all logistics for the wedding day, including setup, timeline execution, and breakdown
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns or changes
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the planning process or on the wedding day

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Wedding Planner or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once
- Knowledge of local venues, vendors, and customs in Al-Rayyan is preferred
- Fluent English speaker is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
