Retail Sales Associate


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. This full-time position is open to both Indians and Pakistanis, and no English language skills are required.

As a Retail Sales Associate, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs. You will be responsible for greeting customers, answering their questions, and helping them find the products they are looking for. Your excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor will help create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

In addition to customer service, you will also be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the store. This includes restocking shelves, organizing displays, and keeping the store clean and presentable at all times. Attention to detail is important in this role as you will be responsible for ensuring that all products are properly labeled with accurate prices and promotions.

To excel in this role, you should have previous retail sales experience and possess excellent interpersonal skills. A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are essential as you will be expected to work efficiently while providing exceptional customer service.

This fast-paced environment requires someone who can work well under pressure and multitask effectively. As a Retail Sales Associate, you must be able to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system. Basic math skills are required for this role.

Requirements:
- Must have at least 1-2 years of retail sales experience
- Strong communication skills in English (not required)

- Indian or Pakistani nationality preferred but not required
