Handyman

As a handyman for our company based in Al-Rayyan, Qatar, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks. We are specifically seeking Indian nationals for this contract position, and English language skills are not required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks within buildings such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and HVAC repairs.
- Respond to work orders in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Inspect buildings and identify any potential issues or areas that require maintenance.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work completed.
- Communicate with building occupants to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with the services provided.
- Follow all safety procedures while performing tasks.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a handyman or in a similar role is required.
- Good knowledge of various construction trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and HVAC repairs.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if needed.
- Must be an Indian national currently living in Qatar or willing to relocate at their own expense.

Other details:
This is a contract position with no accommodation provided. However, we will arrange for your visa and provide you with a free ticket to Qatar. The duration of the contract will depend on the project requirements.
