Job Title: Cashier - Full-time Position in Al Shamkhah City, UAE


We are currently hiring for a full-time Cashier position in our retail store located in Al Shamkhah City, UAE. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions and providing excellent customer service. We welcome applications from all nationalities, however, proficiency in English is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our point of sale system
- Accept cash, credit, or debit card payments and issue receipts
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer and reconcile at the end of each shift
- Keep the checkout area clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Answer customer inquiries and assist with any concerns or issues
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding returns and exchanges
- Promote current sales promotions and suggest complementary products to customers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous cashier experience is preferred but not required
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Basic math skills to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week. The store is open seven days a week from 9am to 9pm. Schedules may vary depending on business needs.
