We are a well-established Fine Dining Restaurant located in the heart of Al-Kuwait, Kuwait and we are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Waiter to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a love for gastronomy.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers upon arrival and assist them with seating arrangements
- Present menus, take customer orders and offer suggestions on food and beverage options
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a professional manner
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, utensils, etc.
- Assist with setting up tables for reservations or events as needed
- Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure smooth operation during busy periods

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Waiter in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Customer-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends as needed
