Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and website graphics
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that align with our brand image and messaging
- Use a variety of design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to produce high-quality designs
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design work
- Ensure all designs are delivered within established timelines and meet quality standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to present design ideas and incorporate feedback

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) for effective communication with team members and clients
- Excellent graphic design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Malayalam language is preferred but not required
