Merchandiser - Sharjah, UAE

We are seeking a Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to increase product visibility and sales. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising plans to maximize product visibility in stores
- Collaborate with sales team to identify opportunities for new product placements
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Communicate with store managers to ensure proper product placement and display
- Train store staff on product features and benefits

Requirements:
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail sales
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- Must be able to work without accommodation
