Truck Driver

As a truck driver, you will play a crucial role in the transportation industry by safely and efficiently delivering goods to their destinations. This job is suitable for Indian or Malayalee candidates who are looking for seasonal work with visa sponsorship in Haur-Fakkan, UAE.

Responsibilities:
- Operate commercial trucks to transport goods and materials from one location to another
- Inspect vehicles before and after trips to ensure they are in safe working condition
- Plan routes and follow delivery schedules
- Adhere to traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or delays
- Communicate with dispatchers and other drivers using two-way radios or mobile devices
- Load and unload cargo using various equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks
- Follow proper loading and unloading procedures to ensure the safety of the goods and prevent damage
- Keep trucks clean and well-maintained at all times

Requirements:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a good driving record
- At least 2 years of experience as a truck driver, preferably in a similar industry
- Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations in UAE
- Ability to read maps, follow GPS directions, and use electronic logging devices (ELDs)
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as needed
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet delivery deadlines
- Good communication skills with fluency in English (basic knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Indian or Malayalee nationality preferred but not required
