Legal adviser vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE

Legal Adviser (Egyptian Nationals Only)

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Legal Adviser to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Legal Adviser, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to our clients in various legal matters. This position is only open to Egyptian nationals who are currently residing in Abu Dhabi and have their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal issues related to our clients' cases
- Provide sound and practical legal advice to clients
- Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations in the UAE and Egypt
- Collaborate with other team members to develop effective strategies for handling cases

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Adviser or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of UAE laws and regulations with a focus on commercial, civil, and labor laws
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Egyptian national currently residing in Abu Dhabi with own visa

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month. Please note that this position does not offer accommodation.
