Job Title: Agricultural Research Specialist


We are a leading agricultural research institution based in Abu-Dhabi, UAE, looking for a skilled and experienced Agronomist to join our team. As an Agricultural Research Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting research and experiments to improve crop production and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct field trials to test new farming techniques and technologies
- Collect and analyze data on crop growth, yield, soil quality, and pest management
- Develop strategies for sustainable agriculture practices
- Collaborate with other researchers to identify solutions to challenges faced by farmers
- Communicate research findings through reports, presentations, and publications
- Stay updated on latest developments in agriculture industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agronomy or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in agricultural research
- Knowledge of farming techniques, crop production, and pest management methods
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and draw conclusions
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
