Job Title: Project Manager - English Speaking (Indians Preferred)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in El-Ain, UAE. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. This position requires excellent communication skills in English, as well as experience working with Indian teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed within budget and on time
- Develop project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues or concerns
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Lead and motivate project teams, including both local and Indian team members
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, identify challenges, and discuss solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Manager
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with Indian teams preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.
