Hotel Sales Manager
As a Hotel Sales Manager for our luxury hotel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities and maximizing revenue. Your main goal will be to maintain and grow the hotel's client base, increase bookings and improve profitability.
Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new business and retain existing clients. You will also be responsible for negotiating contracts with clients, maintaining relationships with corporate accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in hotel sales management and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Fluency in English is required as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Knowledge of the local market and previous experience working in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
This position offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month with opportunities for bonuses based on performance. It is a full-time position with flexible hours but may require occasional weekend or evening work to attend networking events or meet with clients.
