Personal Trainer


A well-known fitness center in Medina, Saudi Arabia is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about fitness and dedicated to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.

As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for designing individualized exercise programs for clients based on their fitness goals, abilities, and limitations. You will also provide instruction and guidance during training sessions to ensure proper form and technique, as well as motivate and encourage clients to reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in personal training and hold relevant certifications in the field. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients are essential in this role. Additionally, knowledge of nutrition and the ability to create meal plans for clients is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with new clients to assess their fitness level, goals, and any limitations
- Design personalized exercise programs tailored to each client's needs
- Teach proper form and technique during training sessions
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to their program
- Educate clients on nutrition and create meal plans if needed
- Motivate and support clients throughout their fitness journey

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal training
- Relevant certifications such as ACE, NASM or other recognized certification bodies
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of nutrition is a plus
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
