Personal Trainer


A prestigious health club in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing personalized fitness programs for our clients, helping them achieve their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial client assessments to determine fitness levels, goals, and any health concerns
- Develop customized fitness plans based on individual needs and goals
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle choices
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to their programs
- Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients to help them stay dedicated to their fitness journey
- Educate clients on proper form, safety, and equipment use
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve services offered

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Personal Trainer
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and anatomy
- Certification in personal training from a recognized organization (e.g. NASM, ACE)
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all ages and fitness levels
- Valid visa sponsorship for non-Saudi nationals (preferably Indian)
