Junior Security Specialist


We are searching for a Junior Security Specialist to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$. As a Junior Security Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the security team in implementing and maintaining security measures to protect our company's assets.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of security protocols and procedures
- Monitor and analyze security systems to identify potential threats or breaches
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments
- Respond to and investigate security incidents or breaches
- Maintain documentation of security procedures, incidents, and investigations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with network and data security concepts
- Knowledge of various operating systems, databases, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems
- Ability to think critically and react quickly in high-pressure situations
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
