We are seeking a talented and experienced Indian Wedding Planner to join our growing team in Doha, Qatar. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of weddings for our Indian clients. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your expertise in planning and executing traditional Indian weddings in a luxurious and modern setting.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their vision, budget, and preferences for their wedding
- Develop detailed timelines and budgets for each event leading up to the wedding day
- Source and negotiate with vendors including venues, caterers, photographers, decorators, etc.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure all details are executed according to the client's wishes
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on cultural traditions and customs for their wedding
- Manage guest lists, RSVPs, seating arrangements, transportation, accommodations, etc.
- Oversee rehearsals and coordinate the actual wedding day events
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the planning process or on the wedding day
- Stay updated on current trends in the wedding industry to provide innovative ideas for clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Wedding Planner with a focus on Indian weddings
- Strong understanding of Indian customs and traditions related to weddings
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients from different backgrounds
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and creativity in event planning
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Fluency in Hindi or any other regional Indian language is an asset

Salary:
