House Manager

As a House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of a private household in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. This position is specifically open to Indian nationals with proficiency in English and prior experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of household operations, including staff management, scheduling, budgeting, and inventory control.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure the household is properly stocked with necessary supplies and groceries.
- Plan and coordinate events or gatherings held at the residence.
- Supervise and train domestic staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and service.

- Maintain confidential records related to the household's financials, schedules, inventories, etc.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a House Manager or in a similar role.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards.
- Experience managing domestic staff with excellent leadership skills.
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
