Art Director - Creative Design and Direction Specialist

Our design agency is seeking a highly skilled and creative Art Director to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for leading the creative direction and design of various projects, ensuring that they meet high aesthetic standards and effectively communicate our clients' messages.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the visual concept and design of projects, including print ads, digital campaigns, packaging, branding, and more
- Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and deliver creative solutions that align with their brand guidelines
- Lead a team of designers to execute high-quality work that meets project deadlines
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to constantly improve the quality of our work
- Work closely with other departments within the agency to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns
- Present concepts and designs to clients for approval

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Art Director in a design agency or similar setting
- Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects across various mediums
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively present ideas to clients
- Experience leading a team and managing multiple projects simultaneously

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Art Director who is passionate about creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate messages. We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month along with free visa and ticket. This position is open to Indian nationals who have strong English speaking skills.
