Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and executing merchandising strategies to ensure that our products are presented in an attractive and organized manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Develop merchandising plans based on market trends, customer demands, and company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for product placement.
- Work with suppliers to negotiate prices and terms for product displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment or removal of products.
- Create visually appealing displays that attract customers and increase sales.
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques to maintain consistency across all locations.
- Analyze sales data to track the success of merchandising strategies and make adjustments as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in retail merchandising or related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Sharjah, UAE. Preference will be given to Indian nationals.

Employment Type:
This is a full-time position with standard working hours of 40 hours per week.

Experience Level:
No previous experience is required for this role. We welcome candidates who are eager to learn and develop their skills in the retail industry.
